How Next Level CSS handles the information you send us. Plain language, no surprises.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address, optional site URL, selected service, and message you provide. Our server logs may record standard request data such as IP address and browser type for security and reliability. We do not sell your information.

How we use it

We use what you send to respond to your request: to prepare your CSS review, scope work, and stay in touch about your project. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through our email provider and forwarded to the studio owner. We do not use your message for advertising.

Email delivery

Form messages are sent using SendGrid, a third-party email service, which processes the contents of your submission solely to deliver it to us. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy terms.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising cookies. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in the future to understand which pages are useful, we will update this page and keep it limited to aggregate, non-identifying data.

Data retention

We keep project correspondence for as long as needed to deliver and support the work, and for our own records afterward. You can ask us to delete your inquiry data at any time.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the information you sent us, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@nextlevel.email and we will take care of it.
